It’s why a job candidate chooses your company over another and why your employees are happy to be working for your organization. Ultimately, it’s the wow factor that sets you apart from the competition.

Culture marketing is a (kinda) new form of content marketing that allows your audience to better understand your brand and lets you show off who you are, what you care about, and the way you interact with the world around you.
